Mini Chef

Peanut butter cookies are perfect for mini chefs. 



Ingredients

1- cookie mix -1 cup

2- peanut butter -50g

3- butter -60g

4- water -15ml


Three Simple Steps -


Preheat oven to 180’C ( 160’C fan forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper. It’s baking time!


1- Stir cookie mix, butter, water & peanut butter in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until just before it has combined. Then using your hands, fully mix the mixture until you have formed a soft dough.


2- Measure 1 tablespoon of cookie dough for each cookie and roll them into balls.  Place them onto a baking tray with each of them 3cm apart. The recipe should leave you with about10-12 cookies.


3- Bake it for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Take the cookies out and let them cool on a tray for around 10 minutes, then gently remove the cookies from the tray and place them onto a plate to cool completely.



Then they are ready to eat!
